Why should I choose a contract?

Contracts are our best value plans. If you commit to sticking with us for longer you'll get the most data for your money.

Can I use my plan in the EU?

Sure thing. Call and text like you're at home. If you use up all of your plan's data allowance, or go over our 5 GB EU roaming cap you'll pay 10p per extra MB.

Can I keep my old phone number?

Switching networks is easier than ever. Just text PAC to 65075 and have your PAC code ready to use after you’ve activated your giffgaff SIM.

What happens when my plan ends?

On a contract, your plan will continue each month until you change it. If you want to end your contract early, there will be a fair early termination charge.

What if I need help?

You'll always have our expert community helpers to support you through any issues 24/7. But if they can't, our handy giffgaff agents are always on standby.
