Student Prize Draw T&Cs

Win a £500 or £20 retail gift voucher by following the steps set out in these terms (the “Prize Draw”).

These terms and conditions, together with our standard terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern this Prize Draw. Participation and/or claim instructions form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate. Please read the following carefully and keep a copy for your information. 

Key Terms 

Eligibility:

Entrants must be aged 18 or over, be a UK resident and satisfy the additional eligibility criteria at paragraph 1 below. (“Eligible Entrants”). 

Promotional Period:

Entries must be received between 00:01 on 04.08.2025 and 23:59 on 31.01.2026 (“Closing Date”) (“Promotional Period”).

How to enter:

To enter, Eligible Entrants must either:

  1.  insert the Prize Draw giffgaff SIM into their phone and activate the SIM via the web-page or the giffgaff app. A Prize Draw giffgaff SIM is a SIM that has come with a SIM pack which references this Prize Draw; or
  2. Activate a giffgaff eSIM (this may require you to download the giffgaff app) or activate a SIM and set up an account using a valid ac.uk email address; AND
  3. complete a minimum of three top ups by the Closing Date. For the purpose of this Prize Draw, a top up means the purchase of credit or a plan from giffgaff (which includes a pay as you go, monthly rolling or contract plan). All three top ups do not need to be made in the same way (e.g. you can purchase a pay as you go plan and later purchase a monthly rolling plan); and
  4. still be an active member, with a plan or credit live on your account, as at the Closing Date.

Prize/s:

Everyone who enters this Prize Draw is guaranteed to win one of the following prizes, selected at random:

  • £500 in retail voucher (100 available); or
  • £20 retail voucher (for everyone else who enters).

Draw Date:

giffgaff will carry out a draw from the Eligible Entrants who complete the steps set out in the “How to enter” section above to decide who will receive one of the 100 available £500 vouchers. The draw will take place on 09.02.2026 (the “Draw Date”). 

Everyone who has entered the Prize Draw will receive their prize (i.e. a £20 voucher or £500 voucher) within 15 days of the Draw Date via the email address associated with their giffgaff member account. 

Each voucher code will be valid for a minimum of 70 days from the date on which giffgaff sends the email. Details of how to redeem the voucher will be included in the email. 

Other important terms: 

  1. This Prize Draw is not open to employees of giffgaff, or any of its group companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this Prize Draw. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. giffgaff reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. giffgaff may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless giffgaff is satisfied with the verification. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize that you may win. 
  2. Only one entry per person will be permitted.
  3. The Prize Draw runs during the Promotional Period until the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw. 
  4. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this Prize Draw, and in the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
  5. The winners of the £500 retail vouchers will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. 
  6. Vouchers are redeemable at eligible retailers. 
  7. Additional terms of voucher provider and retailers may apply.
  8. giffgaff reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize(s) become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. 
  9. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered and the Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the winner’s behalf. None of the prizes are negotiable or transferable. 
  10. giffgaff accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the Prize(s). 
  11. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting a person’s entry into the Prize Draw and/or the proper operation of this Prize Draw, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, giffgaff reserves the right to: end or suspend the Prize Draw; amend these terms and conditions; remove an entrant or entrants from the Prize Draw; declare void the notification of winner(s); and/or to allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.
  12.  If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid. 
  13.  By participating in the Offer, participants consent to the transfer of their personal data to giffgaff and the use of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the Member has consented. Your personal details will at all times be kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
  14.  giffgaff’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15.  giffgaff reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the Prize Draw subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms
  16. All participants in the Prize Draw will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms as well as giffgaff’s standard terms and conditions found at giffgaff.com/terms. These Terms prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including promotional materials. 
  17. If any of these terms and conditions are found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the other provisions shall continue to apply.
  18.  This Prize Draw is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion at https://samsungoffers.claims/GalaxyAPackpart2 form part of the Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter 

  1. The Promoter is Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0RS (the “Promoter”). 

Promotion Period 

  1. The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (BST) on the 30th July 2025 and close at 23:59 (BST) on the 19th August 2025 (“Promotion Period”). 

Eligibility

  1. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be a lawful resident (aged 18+) (“Individual Participant”) of either the United Kingdom (including Isle of Man or Channel Islands) or the Republic of Ireland (“Territories”) or a company registered in one of the Territories (“Company Participant”). For the avoidance of doubt, within these Terms and Conditions the term ‘Participant’ shall be taken to refer to both Individual Participants and Company Participants (and the applicable plural) unless stated otherwise.
  2. Employees or agents of the Promoter that are involved in the operation of this Promotion or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter. Sales staff at the Participating Retailers are eligible to participate so long as they have not received a staff discount on the Promotion Product. 
  3. Network providers, retailers, distributors, resellers and any person who purchases a Promotion Product (defined below) for resale or otherwise not as the user of the Promotion Product, may not participate in this Promotion and is specifically excluded as a Participant.

Offer

  1. Samsung is offering the Promotion whereby Participants will be eligible to one (1) free Galaxy Fit3 (in Black) and a 45w Charger and silicone case (in Black) as listed in Table 1 below (the “Rewards”) upon purchasing a new (i.e. not second hand, refurbished or ex-display) Samsung Galaxy A56 5G or Galaxy A36 5G as listed in Table 1 (“Promotion Product”) from a retailer listed in Table 2 for Individual Participants and the business carriers EE, O2,Vodafone, Three and Amazon Business for Company Participants (in all cases, “Participating Retailer”), within the Promotion Period, subject to full compliance with these Terms and Conditions.   1. Purchases from auction websites (e.g. eBay) or from third party sellers on online retailers’ websites (e.g. Amazon Marketplace) are specifically excluded from this Promotion. Purchases from Amazon.co.uk must be sold and dispatched by Amazon UK or Amazon EU Sarl UK branch directly.
  2. Rewards are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may substitute a Reward of equal or greater value of the Reward.

Claims

  1. After purchasing a Promotion Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period, Participants must visit https://samsungoffers.claims/GalaxyAPackPart2 and complete the presented Claim form with their name, contact information, other requested information including but not limited to the Promotion Product serial, delivery address and submit it together with a scanned copy of their proof of purchase (a “Claim”). Participants will be required to enter and upload a photo of the IMEI number from the settings of their device (rather than the packaging).
  2. Claims must be submitted between one (1) and thirty (30) days after the date of purchase (“Claim Period”), meaning the final claim date for purchases made on the 19th August 2025 is no later than 23:59 (BST) on the 18th September 2025 (the “End Date”). Claims received after the End Date or otherwise not within the Claim Period will not be eligible for a Reward. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase as stated on the applicable proof of purchase counts as day one (1). 
  3. Maximum of one (1) Reward per Promotion Product purchased, and a maximum of four (4) Rewards per household, and a maximum of ten (10) Rewards per Company Participant.
  4. Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon entry of a Claim. Please note that Claims received may take up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt of a Claim and Participants will be sent an email to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim Validation”).
  5. If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter’s customer service team by email at or by phone UK (incl. CI & IOM): +44 0330 236 9399 or ROI +353 1800901758 within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted. 
  6. If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified via email and SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email and SMS, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.
  7. Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims. 
  8. Subject to making a valid Claim in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Reward will be dispatched via recorded delivery and accompanied by a despatch notification email, within forty-five (45) days of the Claim being validated to the postal address provided in the Claim.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  10. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age and other relevant details of a Participant. In the event your information is linked to fraudulent claims or abuse of terms and conditions on previous promotions you will be unable to participate in this Promotion and your Claim will be rejected.
  11. If a Participant returns a Promotion Product before submitting a Claim, the Participant must not make a Claim. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalid and the Participant must cancel the Claim immediately by calling the relevant telephone number at Condition 14 above. The Promoter reserves the right to check with Participating Retailers whether a Promotion Product has been returned and by submitting a Claim the Participant provides consent to the Promoter to do so.
  12. Should you wish to raise a dispute regarding a Reward delivery, you must do so no later than thirty (30) days from the date the despatch notification described under Condition 17 above was sent to you.

Privacy and Data Protection 

  1. The Promoter’s use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the redemption process. The Participant hereby consents to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html. The Participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
  2. Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Reward will not be used for any other purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.

General 

  1. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control. 
  2. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. 
  3. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion. 
  4. Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in the Terms and Conditions as being included.
  5. By participating in this Promotion, you agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Reward. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or personal injury caused as a result of Promoter’s negligence.

These terms apply if you choose one of our Travel data add-ons.They are part of your overall mobile service agreement with us.

What is a Travel data add-on?

A Travel data add-on is an optional additional product that gives you a data allowance to use when you’re travelling outside the UK. It’s available to giffgaff members via the giffgaff App. 

Each Travel data add-on is valid in 40+ countries across the EU, China, Switzerland, Turkey and the USA and gives you a fixed amount of data to use while you're abroad.

There are no minutes or texts included within this add-on and they will be charged in line with our price list here

Key Points:

  • Travel data add-ons last 30-days and start from the day of purchase and will only be available for use in the 40+ countries across the EU, China, Switzerland, Turkey or the USA. See the full list of countries here
  • Any unused data from your Travel data add-on will not roll over.

  • You'll receive a text alert when you've used 80% and 100% of your allowance.

  • Once you reach 100%, the roaming data service will stop unless you buy another Travel data add-on, unless you have credit in which case you will be charged in line with our price list here.

  • All usage must be for your own personal use, not for business or commercial purposes.

Cancelling Your Travel data add-on 

You can cancel your Travel data add-on at any time during your cooling-off period, which is the first 14 days.

Any cancellations outside of the cooling-off period will not be eligible for a refund of any unused data. Your main monthly mobile service will continue as normal.

If you have used all or part of the Travel data add-on before cancelling, you will be charged for usage. 

Changes to the Travel data add-on 

We may change or withdraw our Travel data add-on at any time, but we'll always give you reasonable notice if we do. For more information on your rights and ours, please see the Fair Usage Policy and your full giffgaff terms and conditions.

£10 Student Monthly Rolling Plan – August 2025 - January 2026 

We are giving 100GB of data per month for 12 months to student members who purchase our £10 monthly rolling plan (“Promo Plan”) in accordance with the terms below (the “Offer”).

These terms and conditions, together with our standard terms and conditions ("Terms") govern this Offer. Participation and/or claim instructions form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted these if you participate. Please read the following carefully and keep a copy for your information.

Eligibility & Participation

  1. This Offer is available to new and existing giffgaff members who are residents in the UK and over the age of 18.
  2. This Offer will commence on 4th August 2025 at 00:01 (“Offer Start Date”) and end on 31st January 2026 at 11:59 (the “Offer Period”).
  3. Members will receive this Offer if:
    1. they activate a specific student SIM pack within the Offer Period. Such SIM packs will advertise either this Offer or the 2024 and 2023 Student extra data offers and state in their terms that the individual is required to “Activate this Student SIM” to access this Offer; 
    2. they have a valid student email address (i.e. Yourname@youruniversity.ac.uk) and, as at the Offer Start Date, are on the £10 monthly rolling plan with it set to auto-renew. These members will receive the Offer when their £10 monthly rolling plan next auto-renews; or
    3. they have a valid student email address (i.e. Yourname@youruniversity.ac.uk) and, during the Offer Period, either purchase the Promo Plan or set it as their next plan.
  4. Members who comply with these Terms and purchase the Promo Plan, will receive 100GB on our £10 monthly rolling plan for 12 months from when the Promo Plan first goes live on their account, whilst the plan is set to auto-renew (the “Benefit Period”). After the end of the Benefit Period, the Promo Plan may no longer be available and members might be moved to a plan of equivalent price and this shall apply until such time as they change plans or leave giffgaff. giffgaff will use best endeavours to notify members in advance of moving plans to allow members to take relevant action.
  5. Where the Promo Plan has not yet gone live on a member’s account but the member has set the Promo Plan as their next plan during the Offer Period, they can leave giffgaff or change or cancel the plan. However, they will only receive the Offer if they take up the Promo Plan or set it as their next plan again within the Offer Period. 
  6. Where the Promo Plan has gone live on a member’s account and they then change or cancel plans, they will be able to take up the Promo Plan again if they do so within the Benefit Period. However, any months during which they were not on the Promo Plan will be deducted from their 12 month Benefit Period. 
  7. Where the Promo Plan has gone live on a member’s account and they then leave giffgaff, they will be able to take up the Promo Plan again if they return to the same member account and take up the Promo Plan again within the Benefit Period. However, any months during which they were not on the Promo Plan will be deducted from their 12 month Benefit Period. 
  8. Where a member has set the Promo Plan as their next plan or it has gone live on their account and they then change from an ac.uk email address to a non-ac.uk email address, they will no longer receive the Promo Plan when their next plan is due to auto-renew (or on early purchase of their next plan). They will be able to return to the Promo Plan subject to clauses 5 and 6. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause does not apply to members who have taken up the Promo Plan without an ac.uk email address (i.e. by activating a specific SIM referred to at clause 3(a)).
  9. Members may be required to save a payment method before they purchase their Promo Plan, e.g. a credit card, debit card or PayPal.
  10. A student email address (i.e. Yourname@youruniversity.ac.uk) may not be used for more than one account. 
  11. giffgaff reserves the right to amend the Terms and Offer or withdraw the Offer at any time. In the event of any dispute giffgaff’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. giffgaff will not be liable for any loss in connection with this Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  12. Subject to the above, we have no liability to you for losses that haven’t resulted naturally from our breach, or that we couldn’t have foreseen, or loss of profit, loss of business, costs, expenses or any other form of financial loss. Nor shall we be liable to you for any loss of income, business or profits (including loss of revenue) or for any loss of data in connection with your use of the Promo Plan.
  13. You agree to indemnify us against any and all claims, losses and/or damages suffered directly or indirectly by us as a result of any breach by you of any of your obligations and representations under the Terms.
  14. By participating in the Offer, participants consent to the transfer of their personal data to giffgaff and the use of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the member has consented. Offer Redemption

Other Important Information

  1. The Offer

These Terms and Conditions, the giffgaff standard Terms and Conditions and giffgaff’s Sell My Phone terms (together the "Terms") govern this Offer. By participating in the Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms. These Terms prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including promotional materials.

Please read the following terms carefully and keep a copy for your information:

1. Buy a refurbished phone from us and receive a promo code for an extra £40 when you trade-in your Eligible Trade-In Device (see clause 3).

2. In order to receive this Offer, you must 

  1. purchase a refurbished phone from giffgaff in the period from 00:01 on 14 July 2025 to 23:59 on 31 August 2025; 
  2. register to trade in your Eligible Trade-In Device with us in the period from 00:01 on 14 July 2025 to 23:59 on 30 September 2025; and

3. An Eligible Trade-In Device under this Offer is a device which you trade-in and which satisfies the following requirements:

These terms and conditions, together with our standard terms and conditions ("Terms") govern this Offer. Eligibility & Participation

      1. This Offer is available to new and existing giffgaff members who are resident in the UK and over the age of 18.

£10 Student Monthly Rolling Plan – July – November 2024

We are giving an extra 40GB of data per month for 12 months to student members who purchase our £10 monthly rolling plan (“Promo Plan”) in accordance with the terms below (the “Offer”).

These terms and conditions, together with our standard terms and conditions ("Terms") govern this Offer. Participation and/or claim instructions form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted these if you participate. Please read the following carefully and keep a copy for your information.

Eligibility & Participation

          1. This Offer is available to new and existing giffgaff members who are resident in the UK and over the age of 18.
          2. This Offer will commence on 16 July 2024 at 09:00 (“Offer Start Date”) and end on 30 November 2024 at 11:59 (the “Offer Period”).
          3. Members will receive this Offer if:
            1. they activate a specific student SIM pack within the Offer Period. Such SIM packs will advertise either this Offer or the 2023 Student offer and state in their terms that the individual is required to “Activate this student SIM” to access this Offer; 
            2. they have a valid student email address (i.e. Yourname@youruniversity.ac.uk) and, as at the Offer Start Date, are on the £10 monthly rolling plan with it set to auto-renew. These members will receive the Offer when their £10 monthly rolling plan next auto-renews; or
            3. they have a valid student email address (i.e. Yourname@youruniversity.ac.uk) and, during the Offer Period, either purchase the Promo Plan or set it as their next plan.
          4. Members who comply with these Terms and purchase the Promo Plan, will receive an extra 40 GB (i.e. 60GB instead of 20GB) on our £10 monthly rolling plan for 12 months from when the Promo Plan first goes live on their account, whilst the plan is set to auto-renew (the “Benefit Period”). After the end of the Benefit Period, the Promo Plan may no longer be available and members might be moved to a plan of equivalent price and this shall apply until such time as they change plans or leave giffgaff. giffgaff will use best endeavours to notify members in advance of moving plans to allow members to take relevant action.
          5. Where the Promo Plan has not yet gone live on a member’s account but the member has set the Promo Plan as their next plan during the Offer Period, they can leave giffgaff or change or cancel the plan. However, they will only receive the Offer if they take up the Promo Plan or set it as their next plan again within the Offer Period. 
          6. Where the Promo Plan has gone live on a member’s account and they then change or cancel plans, they will be able to take up the Promo Plan again if they do so within the Benefit Period. However, any months during which they were not on the Promo Plan will be deducted from their 12 month Benefit Period. 
          7. Where the Promo Plan has gone live on a member’s account and they then leave giffgaff, they will be able to take up the Promo Plan again if they return to the same member account and take up the Promo Plan again within the Benefit Period. However, any months during which they were not on the Promo Plan will be deducted from their 12 month Benefit Period. 
          8. Where a member has set the Promo Plan as their next plan or it has gone live on their account and they then change from an ac.uk email address to a non-ac.uk email address, they will no longer receive the Promo Plan when their next plan is due to auto-renew (or on early repurchase of their next plan). They will be able to return to the Promo Plan subject to clauses 5 and 6. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause does not apply to members who have taken up the Promo Plan without an ac.uk email address (i.e. by activating a specific SIM referred to at clause 3(a)).
          9. Members may be required to save a payment method before they purchase their Promo Plan, e.g. a credit card, debit card or PayPal.
          10. A student email address (i.e. Yourname@youruniversity.ac.uk) may not be used for more than one account. 
          11. giffgaff reserves the right to amend the Terms and Offer or withdraw the Offer at any time. In the event of any dispute giffgaff’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. giffgaff will not be liable for any loss in connection with this Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
          12. Subject to the above, we have no liability to you for losses that haven’t resulted naturally from our breach, or that we couldn’t have foreseen, or loss of profit, loss of business, costs, expenses or any other form of financial loss. Nor shall we be liable to you for any loss of income, business or profits (including loss of revenue) or for any loss of data in connection with your use of the Promo Plan.
          13. You agree to indemnify us against any and all claims, losses and/or damages suffered directly or indirectly by us as a result of any breach by you of any of your obligations and representations under the Terms.
          14. By participating in the Offer, participants consent to the transfer of their personal data to giffgaff and the use of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the Member has consented. Launch offer 40 GB for £12 18 month contract - May to July.

          2. This Offer will commence on 1 May 2024 at 00:01 and end on 14 July 2024 at 23:59 (the “activation period”).
          3. For members to take advantage of the Offer, they must purchase or queue the £12 18 month contract (the “promotion contract plan”) by the end of the activation period. 
          4. Members who comply with these Terms and purchase the promotion contract plan, will receive an increased data allowance of 40GB from our £12 18 month contract plan for 18 months from when the promotion contract plan first goes live on their account (the “plan benefit period”). 
          5. After the end of the plan benefit period, the promotion plan will no longer be available for selection. Members who continue on this £12 plan following the end of the plan benefit period will receive 27GB data until they change or cancel their plan or leave giffgaff in accordance with clause 6.28 of our standard terms and conditions..
          6. Members can change their plan up or down during the 18 month term of their contract but if they decide to leave giffgaff before the end of their contract they may be liable to pay an early termination charge as set out in giffgaff’s standard terms and conditions. 
          7. Members who have queued the promotion contract plan, can leave giffgaff or change or cancel the promotion plan before it goes live, but will only be able to take up the promotion contract plan again if they do so within the activation period. 
          8. Members who start to receive the promotion contract plan and then change contract plans, will be eligible to return to or queue the promotion plan within their plan benefit period. However, any months during which they were not on the promotion contract plan will be deducted from their 18 month plan benefit period.
          9. Members who start to receive the promotion contract plan and then leave giffgaff will not be eligible to return to the promotion plan after the end of the activation period.
