A giffgaff goodybag is a mix of UK minutes, texts, and mobile Internet that lasts for a month. You can buy a goodybag by debit/credit card or from your airtime balance if you have enough credit.

Is unlimited really unlimited?
The answer is yes, we are unlimited for personal mobile use - but not for commercial and automated use. Mobile Internet allowances exclude PC use and tethering.

How long will giffgaff's summer sale last?
The £10, £15 and £35 goodybags will be sold half-price from the 1st of July to the 31st of August 2010. Terms and conditions for goodybags still apply.

This bit's important...

Free to giffgaff:
You need to top-up at least every 3 months to receive free giffgaff to giffgaff calls, if you don't other UK rates will apply as above. The free giffgaff to giffgaff calls last for 60 minutes per call, so you need to hang up and re-dial if you want to keep talking.

Free Mobile Internet:
You lucky giffgaff pioneers can even enjoy free UK mobile Internet up to the 1st of October 2010. After that date, mobile Internet will be charged at 50p a day (if you use less than 2.5MB/day you'll pay less than 50p and if you go over 30MB you'll be charged extra at 20p/MB).

Free numbers:
We also believe that a free number should be just that, so all 0800 and similar numbers really are free.
