Introducing our shiny new member panel

At giffgaff we truly believe in putting our members at the heart of everything we do. Our desire to inject our ‘run by you’ ethos into lots of different projects and involve as many members as possible is just as strong as in 2009 when giffgaff first launched. So we’ve come up with a new solution which we believe will help take giffgaff to new heights.

A little while ago, Ria announced a new project we have been working on. We are currently inviting members from all over the UK to join an exclusive member panel. This panel of members will have opted in to take surveys, polls, come in for workshops and take part in live discussions online. They can tell us what they really think about different areas of our website, pricing, network experience and potentially help us mould new ideas in the future. This feedback will help us make better changes for the business. Think of it as a community for research and feedback. (We are big on communities after all.)

In true giffgaff fashion, we wanted our founding members of the panel help us name the panel. And the name is… (drum roll please)

We are so excited to go on this journey with our members. As this is something new to us, our determination to do what’s right for our members will help us learn what works and doesn’t work with giffgaff pioneers which makes us truly run by you.

As mentioned, we are still recruiting members who have a giffgaff account to be part of giffgaff pioneers. Space is quite limited at the moment but we hope these passionate and curious members will help guide us to make smarter decisions and better changes.
